This is a place where life is envisioned to be good. Going beyond the usual package of a basic unit complemented by typical amenities, Bamboo Bay’s concept is a bold thrust into shaping a community of good neighbors.

At the heart of the new concept is a declaration of the community values contained in a handbook that will serve as a guideline for residents and unit owners. This is referenced in the Certificate of Membership to be given to residents and unit owners to entitle them to benefits and privileges. A Community Store and Coffee Shop shall offer dry goods, rice, grocery items and services that will award rebates for patronage. As a program offered by the developer to subsidize condominium dues, the rebate is dependent on the amount of purchases made by the member. Community activities to be run by the condo corporation with the assistance of the developer aim to foster camaraderie, cooperation for programs to benefit the residents young and old, and encourage the “bayanihan” spirit among neighbors.

The 1 hectare compound of three towers and the core of amenities are protected by perimeter walls all around. A guardhouse in each of the two gates are manned 24/7 in addition to security assigned at each tower. Again, more than the usual features are included in the development. Environment-friendly rainwater collecting cisterns as well as for MCWD tap water, a sewage treatment plant (STP) and a material recovery facility (MRF) provide Bamboo Bay with green alternatives.

Starting with a core of amenities and special complementary services central to the three towers that will comprise the project once completed, the residential project provides access to a better lifestyle. The grand clubhouse, done in the community’s Asian Contemporary theme, has an open pavilion for community events, a pool deck with a trellised roof, a prayer and meditation room as well as a Community Store, a Coffee Shop and kitchen pantry. Tucked in a room with a view of the pool and the garden is the gym for the residents’ physical work-outs. The swimming pool for adults and children are provided shower rooms with lockers. Off the side of the central garden is a badminton court, a children’s playground and a Lawn Barbecue Station.

The lush landscape features a border of exotic and local bamboo plants along its perimeter area. Intent to create a sensory experience for residents, the developer is commissioning a fragrant garden with kamuning, kalachuchi, jasmine, gardenia, champaca and other sweet smelling plant varieties in its green areas. The jogging path shall weave in and out of these plants for a pleasant run. Children shall also enjoy the park and playground so much better with the scent of flowers in their surroundings.

The residential units feature floor-length glass window with sliding panels, a bonus to buyers for a modestly priced investment. Maximizing space, the units are configured in a squarish shape, a departure from the usual rectangular rooms with the shorter end at the entrance in other developments. In Bamboo Bay, the unit’s entrance hallway is roomier. Even the corridors are 1.8 meters wide with natural air ventilations at both ends.

The standard finish comes with kitchen base cabinetry, countertop, sink and faucet. A wardrobe is also included as well as ceramic tiles for flooring and bathroom areas, water closet and shower accessories. There are provisions for the installation of window type air conditioning, cooking range and hood, water heater, cable, TV, telephone and internet. Treated solid door and jambs, painted walls and ceilings, fire alarm, smoke detector and sprinkler systems are included in the ready to move-in units.

The three residential towers offer parking floors, a reception lobby with counter and mail boxes, lobby powder room, two passenger elevators, an elevator lobby in each floor, fire escape, a standby generator, and many more.
